Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ServiceScale, operated by Joseph Park doing business as JP ServiceScale (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

1. The product

ServiceScale is a revenue-attribution platform for home services businesses. It connects your ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Local Services Ads), call tracking, and CRM data to show you which marketing dollars produce booked jobs, along with AI-generated recommendations.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at jpsupplychainllc@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Accounts are for a single business (tenant). Agencies managing multiple clients can add additional tenants — contact us for pricing.

3. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Plans and pricing

Published plans (Starter $297/mo, Growth $597/mo, Scale $997/mo) are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Free early access

During our early-access period, selected customers receive complimentary setup and reporting in exchange for feedback. Early access ends when we announce general availability; at that point, your account will transition to a paid plan with at least 30 days notice.

Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Failed payments: we will retry for 7 days. Your account may be suspended if payment is not received.
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. You retain access until the period ends.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for partial months or for time the account was unused. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll review in good faith.

4. Your data

You own your data. Anything you upload, connect, or create inside ServiceScale — client records, leads, jobs, invoices, call logs, ad platform data — remains yours. We process it solely to provide the product.

On cancellation, you can export your data at any time before or during the 90-day retention window described in our Privacy Policy. After 90 days, we permanently delete it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ServiceScale to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or harass anyone.
  • Upload malicious code, attempt to breach our security, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the product beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or make the product available to anyone outside your organization without a separate agreement.
  • Use the product to send unsolicited marketing (spam), in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or TCPA.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For serious violations (fraud, security breach, illegal activity), we may terminate immediately without notice.

6. Third-party integrations

When you connect Google Ads, Meta, Local Services Ads, or other platforms, you authorize us to access data on your behalf. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies which you remain responsible for. We are not liable for the behavior of third-party platforms or changes they make to their APIs.

7. AI-generated recommendations

ServiceScale uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to generate recommendations — kill/scale/test campaign advice, missed-revenue flags, and insights. These are suggestions, not financial or legal advice. You make the final call on all spending and operational decisions. We are not liable for outcomes from acting on AI recommendations.

8. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, ad platforms), and unforeseen issues can affect availability. We provide the product “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceScale's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, or loss of goodwill.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from (a) your misuse of the product, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of anyone's rights or applicable law. We will notify you of any covered claim and give you reasonable cooperation in defending it.

11. Termination

You can terminate by cancelling your subscription. We can terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or for any reason with 30 days notice. On termination, your right to use the product ends immediately; your data retention is governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the product after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
