The first live test of ServiceScale

We're in early access. I built ServiceScale while running my own service business — the numbers below are from running the tool on my own operation for 60 days. No fabricated customer quotes. When we sign real customers, their stories go here.

JP Solution Services

Founder's own business — the first live test ground for ServiceScale.

The problem

Spending roughly $8K/month across Google Ads and Meta and couldn't tell which campaigns produced booked jobs. Leads from different sources were mixed together with no way to track what converted. The team was slow to follow up because there was no system flagging missed opportunities. I was about to kill the Meta budget entirely.

What changed

Built ServiceScale and ran it on my own business first. Set up source-level call tracking and a unified lead pipeline. Every lead got tagged to its source, and the dashboard showed booked jobs and revenue by channel. Missed calls were flagged instantly. The AI layer surfaced the real issue: our Meta leads had high booking potential but we were taking 4 hours to call them back.

I was about to kill our Facebook ads. Turns out the leads were great — we were just taking 4 hours to call them back. Fixing that one thing was worth more than most of the marketing advice I'd paid for.
